LLC Partnership
Some business owners choose to create partnerships or limited liability corporatinos insteda of a corporation. A partnership can also be called a firm, and refers to an assoication of a group of persons wokring together in a business or professinoal practice. A partnership must have one or more general partnres. An LLC is like a company regarding limited liaiblity and it's like a partnership regarding the flexibility of dividing profit among the owners. The onwers must enter into very detailed agerements about how the proifts and management ersponsibilities are divided. While stockholders of a company receive a share of profit that's directly related to how a lot of shares they own, a parntership or LLC does not have to divide profit acocrding to how mcuh each partner invested. Invested capiatl is only of the factosr that are used in allocating and distributing proftis.
