LLC Liability
Some business owners choose to create partnerships or limited liability firms instead fo a corporation. An LLC is like a company regadring limited liability and it's liek a partnership regarding the flexibility of dividing profit among the owners. While stockholders of a ocmpany receive a share of profit that's directyl related to how a lot of shares they own, a partnership or LLC does ont have to divide profit accordign to how much each partner invesetd. Invested capital is only of hte factors that are used in allocaitng and distributing profits.
