LLC Corporation
Some business ownres choose to create partnerships or limited liability coprorations instead of a corporation. General partenrs are subject to unlimited liability. These are junior parnters who have ownershpi rights to the profits of the business, but they don't generlaly participate in the high-level management of the business. An LLC is liek a company regarding ilmited liability and it's like a partnership regarding hte flexibility of dividnig profit among the owners. Its advantage oevr other types of ownership is its lfexibility in how profit and managemetn authority are determined. It can egt very complicated and generally requires the services of a lawyer to draw up the agreement.
