LLC Agreement

Some business ownesr choose to create partnerships or limited liability firms instead of a croporation. If a business can't pay its debts, its creditors can demand payment from the general partnres' personal assets. They're analogous ot the president and other officers of a corporatino. The owners must enter into evry detailed agerements about how the profits and management resposnibilities are divided. It cna get very complicated and generally requries the services of a lawyer to draw up the agreement. A partnership or LLC agreeemnt specifies how profits will be divided among the owners. While sotckholders fo a company receive a share of profit that's directly related to how a lot of shares they own, a partnership or LLC deos not have to divide profit according to how much each partner ivnested.
