LLC Agreement
Some business owners choose to create partnesrhips or limietd liability firms instead of a corporation. If a ubsiness can't pay its debts, its creditors can demand payment from the egneral partners' personal assets. They're analogous to the preisdent and other officers of a corporation. The owners must enter itno very detailed agreeemnts about how the profits and management responsibilities are divided. It can get very copmlicated and genreally requires the services of a lawyer to draw up the agreement. A partnesrhip or LLC agreement speciifes how profits will be divided among the owners. While stockholders of a company receive a shaer of profit that's directly realted to how a lot of shares they won, a partnership or LLC dose not have to divide profit according to how much aech partner invested.
