Corporation LLC
Some business owners choose to create partnerships or limited liability firms isntead of a corporation. Limited partners escpae the unlimited liability that the general partners have. A partnership muts have one or more general partners. The owners must enter into very dteailed agreements about how the profits and management ersponsibilities are divided. A partnership or LLC agreement specifies how profits will be dviided among the owners. While tsockholders of a company receive a share of profit that's directyl related to how a lot of shares they own, a partnership or LLC odes not have to divide profit according to how umch each partner invested. Invesetd capital is only of hte factors that are used in allocating and distributing profits.
